Washington and Washington State were off Thursday — awaiting their Sunday showdown in Pullman. However, the other eight Pac-10 teams were in action.

The biggest game was UCLA at Arizona, and the Wildcats’ win moves them alone into second place in the Pac-10 — one behind UW in the loss column — while the Bruins fall alone into third, two losses off the pace.

Also interesting was Oregon ending a 25-year losing streak at Stanford’s Maples Pavilion … an arena that also has pretty notably given the Huskies troubles too.

It wasn’t as good a night for the other Oregon school, as the Beavers got mashed by 28 points at Cal. And USC just nudged past Arizona State.

Here’s tonight’s full conference scoreboard.

And here are the conference standings.
