  1. Hello my 12th Man brothers. Dang, I leave Seattle for a week and our team lays an egg with its first L. I suspected they needed me. There’s the proof.

Anyone here in the Washington D.C. area? I need to find out Where to watch the Seahawks games!

  2. Not there anymore, but Buffalo Wild Wings or Dave and Buster’s is great.

    Stevos-
I live in the DC area (Alexandria). Penn Quarter Sports Tavern is a “Seahawks” bar where the local booster group gets together to watch every game.

  4. You mean the restaurants in that area aren’t shut down?

  5. CDHawkFan says:

Are we 6-1 this time next week?

  6. CDHawkFan says:

Stupid question, just excited to have 2 games in less than a week.

  7. GeorgiaHawk says:

“Wilson was a high school state champion. He made an otherwise horrid NC State team competitive. He won a conference title in his one year at Wisconsin. And he’s doing it again in Seattle. Coincidence? I don’t think so.”

ESPN.com Bengals reporter Coley Harvey on selecting Russell Wilson as the young QB he would build a franchise around in the latest issue of ESPN the magazine.

  8. ChrisHolmes says:

    Cool quote @GeorgiaHawk. Very cool.

I feel the same way. I’d choose Wilson over Luck, but not by much. They’re both stellar and I think they’re both going to have long, illustrious careers in this league.

I love Wilson’s demeanor and work ethic, his even-keel attitude and the fact that nothing seems to fluster him and no moment seems to big for him. Those are the sorts of intangibles you can’t coach.

That said, all of that means nothing if the guy doesn’t have the physical tools, but RW does. Big hands, cannon arm, accurate (when he’s not floating one high).

Bright future for this kid. So glad he’s ours. This is a special time for us Seahawks fans. We’ve never really had a franchise QB before. I relish this.

  9. madpunter – Penn Quarter Sports Tavern, eh? Thanks. See you there!

  10. thanks, rbucki
