The Seahawks are scheduled to begin practicing in about 20 minutes. Darrin Beene is out there monitoring practice while I work on stuff for the Friday and Sunday papers. We’ll provide the usual post-practice update. Then I’ll be back out there tomorrow, as usual. …


As we’ve noted, the Seahawks are home underdogs Sunday, a rarity given the team’s dominance at Qwest Field before this season. How many times have the Seahawks been home dogs since opening their new stadium in 2002? We’ve got Jimmy Shapiro, sports publicist for Riptown Media, gathering information from bodog.com. We’ll make that available once we get the information confirmed. Jimmy thinks he’ll have it this afternoon. …
