Practice notes from Monday night’s practice: Travis Feeney moves to linebacker, injuries hit safety postion

Well, the injury list continues to grow as starting safety Justin Glenn and heralded safety recruit Shaq Thompson sat out tonight’s practice after suffering mild concussions, apparently in this morning’s practice.

Will Shamburger worked as the first-team safety, while James Sample, who has been slowed by a groin injury, worked in as well as at the nickel back.  Safety Travis Feeney is now working in at the linebacker position.
