		<description><![CDATA[<p>Just days after a story broke that the Pac-12&#8242;s coordinator of men&#8217;s basketball officiating, Ed Rush, had told officials at the Pac-12 Tournament to target Arizona coach Sean Miller, he resigned.</p> <p>The conference announced Rush&#8217;s resignation Thursday is effective immediately.</p> <p><span id="more-26402"></span></p> <p><a href="http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/blog/eye-on-college-basketball/21989633">CBS Sports reported that Rush offered money and trips</a> to officials who would give Miller a technical. Rush and the Pac-12 countered by saying the comments in a meeting of Pac-12 officials at the conference tournament were made in jest.</p> <p>There was significant public blowback after the Pac-12&#8242;s initial statement backing Rush. Washington is thought to have finished second for the 6-foot-8, 215-pound 18-year-old from San Jose, Calif.
