USA Today’s preseason coaches poll — sponsored by Amway — is out this morning, and Washington is one of six Pac-12 teams included, checking in at No. 25.

The Huskies finished just outside the coaches top 25 at the end of last season, receiving enough votes for what would have been the No. 26 spot. They were ranked No. 25 in last season’s final AP poll.

As far as I can tell, this is the first time UW has cracked the preseason top 25 in either the coaches or AP poll since 2003.
