Spring football practice at Washington begins on Tuesday, though it’s still winter. Coach Chris Petersen will hold a press conference today at 1:30 p.m. to preview the spring session. We’ll report back with all the pertinent information. For now, links.

— UW received a verbal commitment from O’Dea running back Myles Gaskin yesterday.

— Arizona finished with a perfect home record in Pac-12 play, beating Stanford 79-66 at the McKale Center.

UCLA avoided being swept by Oregon State, rallying for a 74-69 victory at Pauley Pavilion. Gary Payton had some advice for the Beavers afterward.

Here are the Pac-12 standings. Washington remains in a three-way tie with Oregon and Utah for seventh place, one game back of Colorado, Stanford and California, which are all tied for fourth.
