Washington and Washington State play a basketball game against each other this week. Not that it’s a real hot ticket this season. Read on for links.

— Our story today takes a look at the Washington-Washington State rivalry, and the relative lack of buzz around that game this year.

— Adam Jude looks at seven potential breakout players as the Huskies prepare for spring football practices.

— Joe Lunardi’s latest NCAA tournament projection includes six Pac-12 teams: Arizona, UCLA, Stanford, Colorado, California and Arizona State.

In Pac-12 basketball action today …

— California, the first team to beat Arizona this season, visits Tucson tonight (6 p.m., ESPN2).

— Stanford and Arizona State drew the super-duper-late game, and will play at 8 p.m. (ESPNU/WatchESPN). ASU needs better effort.
