It’s a slow Monday on the Pac-12 front, though there are two games to recap. And with five games remaining in the regular season, it’s a good time to look at the standings.

— As you can see, Washington is tied with Utah for seventh place in the conference. At this point, the No. 6 spot is still within relative reach, though finishing much higher than that will take a monumental effort.

— Missed this the other day, but a reader passed along this link about former UW cornerback Greg Ducre, who returned an interception for a touchdown to earn MVP honors at Friday’s College All-Star Bowl.

— ESPN.com reported last night that the officials who worked last week’s Arizona-Arizona State game admitted that a technical foul should have been assessed against Jahii Carson for hanging on the rim during the final second. ASU won, 69-66, in two overtimes.

— Oregon managed to earn a split of the Civil War season series with a 93-83 victory over Oregon State in Eugene.

Colorado took care of business at the Galen Center, coming out with an 83-74 victory.
