Another batch of Sunday morning links, rounding up Saturday’s Pac-12 basketball action …

— Here’s our game story from Washington’s 72-59 loss to California yesterday, the Huskies’ first loss of the season to a Pac-12 opponent at Hec Edmundson Pavilion.

— Dave Boling writes about UW’s lack of mental toughness, which might be a byproduct of youth.

— Here are some additional quotes from Lorenzo Romar.

— Here are the game stories from The Seattle Times, the UW Daily and the Mercury News.

— And here is a look at the Pac-12 standings heading into Sunday morning. As you can see, UW is in a seventh-place tie with Utah (and Oregon State, for the time being).

Elsewhere in Pac-12 action …

Stanford managed to split its road trip to this state, holding off Washington State for a 69-56 victory in Pullman.

UCLA improved its record to 20-5 with an 80-66 home victory over Utah.

In today’s Pac-12 action …

— Oregon and Oregon State will battle for state bragging rights, as the Ducks try to salvage what has thus far been a brutally disappointing season (noon, FOX Sports 1).

Colorado visits USC as the Trojans search for their second Pac-12 victory (5 p.m., ESPNU).
