Washington DE Connor Cree leaves the program

Washington confirmed Monday that sophomore defensive end Connor Cree, a native of Sammamish, has left the program. The school said it was Cree’s decision to leave.

Cree joins defensive back Cleveland Wallace and offensive lineman Erik Kohler as players with eligiblity remaining who have left the program since the end of the regular season. Wallace left the program before UW’s bowl game, and Kohler retired from football for medical purposes.

Cree, who played at Skyline High School, was a third-year sophomore in 2013. He played in 12 games and recorded 11 tackles, including a sack. Cree also appeared in 12 games in 2012.
