The 11th gameday of the season is upon the Washington Huskies. This one comes from Corvallis. We’ll be there with our usual coverage. Speaking of which, here are some links.

Here’s our advance of today’s game, which the Huskies have to win if they want to feel good about their season.

— Stringer Tim Casey writes about the UW basketball team’s loss to Boston College yesterday in New York.

— The Seattle Times: The Huskies are trying to salvage their season with a win.

— The UW Daily: UW is trying to get out of a rut.

— The Oregonian wonders if UW’s secondary might be a tough matchup for OSU’s passing offense.

Five things to watch from the Oregonian.

In other Pac-12 action …

Oregon (9-1, 6-1 in Pac-12)) at Arizona (6-4, 3-4), 12:30 p.m., ABC/WatchESPN — Arizona knows Oregon has to help if the Wildcats are going to win. Here are five things to watch.

Utah (4-6, 1-6) at Washington State (5-5, 3-4), 12:30 p.m., Pac-12 Networks — The Cougars say bowl eligibility isn’t on their minds. Utah’s bowl eligibility is on the line, too.

California (1-10, 0-8) at Stanford (8-2, 5-2), 1 p.m., FOX Sports 1 — The Bears at least got some good news on the academic front. The Cardinal need some help to continue their BCS bowl streak.

Arizona State (8-2, 6-1) at UCLA (8-2, 5-2), 4 p.m., FOX — Elusive quarterbacks are central to this matchup. ASU can wrap up its first Pac-12 South with a win.

USC (8-3, 5-2) at Colorado (4-6, 1-6), 6:30 p.m., Pac-12 Networks — The Trojans have to stay focused on Colorado. There’s a lot riding on this home finale for the Buffaloes.

  1. Ha, ha, ha! Bow down to the mighty SEC. Georgia Southern, that couldn’t beat Wofford, Samford, Appalachian State, or Furman this year, just beat Florida.
