Romar on second half against Arizona: ‘We played with a lack of pride’

What to say after that?

Washington played excellent the first 10 minutes of the first half. It got so bad so fast in the second half, Washington head coach Lorenzo Romar was left saying the team “in the second half, we played with a lack of pride” on the way to a 70-52 blowout loss at Arizona.

Morning links: Gordon’s buzzer-beater keeps the wackiness going

At least the Pac-12 isn’t boring.

Saturday night was another evening of unpredictable basketball in the conference. Arizona State went into Colorado and won on a layup at the buzzer. Washington State led most of the night against Oregon before it fell in overtime. UCLA slowed Stanford.
