Welcome to Hec Ed. Oregon is here and the Huskies are desperate. Should be an interesting night. Gamethread starts on the jump:

> Washington has lost seven of eight and things are not getting better.

> Driving Kazemi clobbered and going to the line out of the timeout. Oregon leads 55-44 with 3:14 and this is all but over.

> We’re all the way to the under-8 timeout and Washington just can’t get going. Oregon leads 48-40 with 7:37 to go.

> Well, we are in the muck here. It’s 46-36 Oregon at the under-12 timeout with 10:13 to go. Washington is desperately looking for something. Wilcox is having a poor night. He’s 2 for 11 and has two turnovers in the last couple minutes.

> Washington is down 39-32 and Gaddy came off the floor limping after banging his knee on the floor. Wilcox is 2 for 11 from the field and is missing wide open shots.

> Wilcox with signs of life and the Huskies trail 33-27 at the half. Wilcox hit a corner 3 out of a late timeout. He scored his five first-half points in the final minute to go 2 for 8 from the field in the half.

> Oregon has regained control of the game even though it doesn’t have a point guard on the floor. The Ducks have gone on a 7-2 run with E.J. Singler at the point because their point guards are in foul trouble. Loyd has two and backup PG Moore has three. But, Carlos Emory has hit a few jump shots on his way to nine points. C.J. Wilcox is 0 for 6 from the field for Washington.

> Washington took its first lead when N’Diaye shoved a shot back in Woods’ face, Simmons tipped it out and Gaddy scored on the break. That gave Washington a 15-14 lead, but Carlos Emory answered with a J and a steal for a layin to put Oregon back up 18-15 at the under-8 timeout.

> Under-12 timeout. Oregon leads 12-6 in what is not exactly an offensive explosion. Washington started 1 for 8 from the field before Aziz N’Diaye scored on a chippy after a set up from Abdul Gaddy. Huskies have misses three or four good looks. C.J. Wilcox is 0 for 3 from the field.

> Under-16 timeout and Washington is off to a bumpy offensive start. The Huskies fell behind 7-0 before Shawn Kemp cut for a jam. C.J. Wilcox hit two free throws to pull Washington to within 7-4. One free throw from E.J. Singler has Oregon in the lead 8-4. Washington is just 1-for-3 from the field.

> Last week when Oregon trailed at the half against Utah, it was the quiet Arsalan Kazemi, who spoke up at half. This week, Abdul Gaddy led a team meeting for the Huskies.

> Huskies: Gaddy, Suggs, Wilcox, Kemp, N’Diaye. Oregon: Loyd, Dotson, Singler, Kazemi, Woods.

> Just saw a fan wearing a Venoy Overton jersey.

> Another “upset” in Pac-12 play. Arizona State lost 60-55 at Utah tonight. Utes center Jason Washburn demolished Jordan Bachynski and the Sun Devils, going 9-for-12 from the field for 26 points. ASU point guard Jahii Carson scored 12 points on 4-for-11 shooting. He had six turnovers.
