A few notes from practice …
WR Cody Bruns has a sore ankle and LB John Timu tweaked a hamstring and both were limited.
It was “turnover Wednesday” and there were plenty of them. Back-up QB Derrick Brown threw two picks during 7 on 7 and another during 11 on 11. Brown also struggled today, fumbling the center exchange twice and dropping a shotgun snap.
William Chandler and Marvin Hall saw a lot of time with the No. 1 offense at slotback with Bruns out.
Desmond Trufant said he’s been battling a groin injury since last season.
