While Sports Radio KJR may be the flagship  station for the Huskies, it has had its share of Cougars on this week. No not those kinds of Cougars — Washington State Cougars.

Leading scorer Brock Motum joined Dick Fain and Francis Williams, who were subbing for Mitch Levy, on the Mitch in the Morning show.

And yesterday, senior forward Abe Lodwick joined the station’s resident WSU alums – Jason Puckett and Ian Furness.

As for the printed word, Christian Caple writes about WSU focusing on rebounding better in the rematch in the Spokesman Review. In this blog post, he mentions that Beasley Coliseum will likely have its biggest crowd of the year on Saturday.
