1:30 — How about some video of Miles.

1:28 p.m. — here’s his picture signing the letter.

1:26 p.m. — Cyler Miles saga is over, he commits to the University of Washington.

3:10 p.m. — Sark announces at the press conference that cornerback Brandon Beaver has also signed with the Huskies.

1:19 p.m. — The Cyler Miles saga could be coming to an end soon.

1:12 p.m. — Here’s Shaq Thompson talking with Softy Mahler — listen to it here.

12:33 p.m. — here’s a picture of Damion Turpin decked out in Husky gear at his signing.

12:22 p.m. — Made it to UW, obviously KJR is on right now talking recruiting. They are actually talking with Shaq Thompson right now.

But here’s some podcasts from earlier today …

  • QB Jeff Lindquist talked to Mitch in the Morning. Listen to it here
  • WR Kendyl Taylor talked with Softy Mahler. Listen to it here.
  • OL Nathan Dean was also on with Softy as well. Listen to it here.

11:11 a.m. — That’s 23 signed letters of intent.

11:02 a.m.  – Speedy wide receiver Jaydon Mickens out of Dorsey High in Los Angeles has sent into his letter of intent. Here’s some entertaining video of him. He’s sort of fast.

10:59 a.m. — The Huskies have another signee as Kalei Auelua, a 6-1, 227-pound outside linebacker from Honolulu has signed. Her’e's some video

10:42 a.m. —  Speaking of O-Linemen, Stanford got Andrus Peat to go with Josh Garnett and the Cardinal will be stocking up as well. It’s a pretty strong class.

10:41 a.m. –Dealing with some technical issues with the blog (mostly I’m not technically sound), but I will post a few more updates before I have to leave for Montlake.

10:01 a.m. — Fullback Psalm Wooching has sent in his letter of intent. Wooching, who is 6-3, 210 pounds, could be a big back or a full back. Check out this video of him … and it’s cooler than football highlights.

9:59 a.m. — It appears that WR Jordan Payton has indeed signed with UCLA after committing to Washington yesterday. It must have been an interesting 24 hours.

9:55 a.m. — It’s official. Cleveland Wallace is now a Husky. The 5-11, 165 speed burner out of San Jose will bring depth to a position of need. Here’s some video of him.

9:49 a.m. — Ruth Robbins of Realdawg is reporting that corner back Clevland Wallace has signed with the Huskies over his prior commitment to Oregon State.

9:36 a.m. – The Huskies get a letter of intent from Shane Brostek, a  6-3, 300-pound offensive linemen out of Kamuela, Hawai’i. His father is former Husky center Bern Brostek. Here’s some video of Brostek beasting guys.

9:31 a.m. — Some more defensive line help as Josh Banks, a 6-3, 274-pound junior college defensive tackle sends in his letter of intent.

9:31 a.m. — QB Cyler Miles will announce his decision between UW and USC at 1 p.m. today.

9:28 a.m. — Offensive linemen Dylan Cozens, who the Huskies targeted as a recruit, signed with Arizona.

9:27 a.m. — Gig Harbor punter Korey Durkee has sent in his letter of intent. Durkee (6-3, 215 pounds) has been the best punter in the state for the past few years. He will step in and likely play right away.

9:21 a.m. — The Huskies get more linebacker help as Cory Littleton, a 6-4 218-pound hitter from Mount Miguel HS in Spring Valley, Calif. sends in his LOI. Littleton played defensive end in high school, but he will probably play outside backer in the 3-4 look the Huskies plan to use. Here’s some video

9:18 a.m. — Sark adds a player from his hometown of Torrance, Calif., signing Ryan McDaniel, a speedy 6-0, 225-pound linebacker out of Torrance North.  The guy isn’t afraid to hit … check out his video.

9:16 a.m. — a report out of LA says that WR Jordan Payton, who committed to UW yesterday, has now changed his mind and will go to UCLA. Still haven’t got any finalization on that.

9:11 a.m. — Auburn offensive linemen Cory English has sent in his letter of intent. He is a two-star linemen that is 6-3, 285 pounds. Probably projects to a guard or center for the Huskies

9:06 a.m. — The Huskies add a kicker Travis Coons, who is  6-2, 205 pounds (not normal kicker size) out of Mount San Antonio JC. He will fight for the spot left open by the graduation of Erik Folk. Here’s some video … he’s got leg strength.

9 a.m. — And quarterback Jeff Lindquist sends in his letter. There is some speculation that Cyler Miles is wavering on his commitment. But Lindquist is a four-star QB out of Mercer Island and is really, really good. Look at his highlights …

8:55 a.m. — The 11th player to sign is defensive linemen Damion Turpin out of Dominguez in Compton, Calif. Here’s some video of Turpin

8:50 a.m. — Offensive linemen Jake Eldrenkamp out of Bellevue has sent in his LOI. He’s a three-star recruit and projects as a guard for the Huskies. Here’s some video of Jake.

8:45 a.m. — Running back Erich Wilson is ninth player to send in an LOI. He is a 6-1, 190-pound two-star back from Juniper Serra HS in East Palo Alto, Calif.

8:41 a.m. — Add another wide receiver into the mix for UW as Dwayne Washington, a three-star WR out of Gahr High School Lakewood, Calif.  Here’s about 14 minutes worth of video on him.

8:34 a.m. — The Huskies get more defensive help with the signing of linebacker Blake Rodgers out of Coto de Caza, Calif. Rodgers is 6-2, 215 pounds and hits hard. Here’s some video.

8:14 a.m. — the third signee is a bit of a stunner as defensive end Pio Vatuvei from Patterson, Calif. passed up USC to come to Washington. It’s a pretty big get for a Husky defense in desperate need of defensive line help, particularly pass rushers.

8:04  a.m. — the second signee is two-star cornerback Darien Washington out of Orange, CA.

Washington isn’t afraid to hit someone, take a look at this video.

7:59 a.m. — The first player to submit his Letter of Intent was wide receiver Kendyl Taylor

Here’s some video of Taylor

7:45 a.m. — As expected, Bellarmine Prep wide receiver Michael Rector decided to forego his earlier commitment to the Huskies and instead sign with Stanford.
