Some quick notes from Lorenzo Romar’s Tuesday press conference
Center Aziz N’Diaye has been cleared to start practicing and he will play Saturday against Georgia State. N’Diaye practiced on Tuesday, doing to some light non-contact drills.
Romar said his team had 22 first-half deflections against SPU. The goal is to get 26 per game.
No word on a starting line-up for Saturday.
Romar said preparing for Georgia State is a little different since they have a new head coach in Ron Hunter. But Romar did say that Georgia State is one of the few teams that they will play that will try and run with them. Georgia State has several upperclassmen and scored 90 points in an easy exhibition win.
