In previous seasons, the Huskies have made their living off of turnovers. This season, turnovers are becoming the Huskies’ undoing.

A couple of quotes from sophomore point guard Justin Dentmon:

ON UW’S TURNOVERS: I think it’s just us rushing to get the play done and over with, trying to make the home run play. I don’t know. We just have to focus. We got off focus a little bit.

ON WHETHER HE MISSES PLAYING WITH VETERANS SUCH AS BRANDON ROY AND BOBBY JONES: It was (easier) I just have to step up. I feel like a point guard should lead the team for sure. Without a point guard you’re bound to struggle, and I ain’t done a good job of leading us. I take the whole blame for that.
