Observations: In the first start of his college career, UW guard Adrian Oliver scored seven points in 24 minutes. The man he replaced in the lineup, junior Ryan Appleby, scored 11 points in 22 minutes. Afterward, coach Lorenzo Romar said Oliver would remain in the starting lineup in the next game. … Washington won its 14th straight regular season game, its 12 straight home game, and its 20th consecutive regular season non-conference game.
