We all knew Washington would lose four key seniors from this season’s basketball team, but the past few days may be indicating that they won’t be alone in Pac-10 rebuilding next season.

UCLA’s Jordan Farmar and Arron Afflalo are investigating leaving for the NBA. So are California’s Leon Powe, and Arizona’s Mustafa Shakur.

Any or all may return. And if they do, any or all of those teams would return with proven Pac-10 talent that young UW won’t be able to match.

If any or all leave, the race becomes just that much more wide open… and just that much more available to the rebuilding-but-talented Huskies.
