CLEARED: Rolled-over semi blocking ramp from westbound 512 to southbound I-5

UPDATE as of 9:27 p.m. The ramp has reopened, according to WSDOT.

INITIAL POST: A rolled-over semi is blocking the ramp from westbound state Route 512 to southbound Interstate 5, according to the Washington State Patrol.

No one was injured in the accident, the State Patrol said.

The accident that closed the ramp happened about 4:15 p.m., according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

  1. This was most likely caused by, a high wind gust
    Do keep in mind that the size of a semi, can be as, a large kit during high winds depending on the angle of travel as the wind gust hits it .. and for sure, sudden high gusts !
    Glad there were no injuries !
