Rehabilitation of the ramp at the 72nd Street boat launch near Long Branch on Key Peninsula South will close the structure from Sept. 24 to 28, according to Pierce County.

The project involves replacing the ramp’s concrete panels.

Alternative launch sites during the closure include A Street KPS in Home, Hall Road in Vaughn, and Randall Drive Northwest by Gig Harbor, according to Pierce County.
