Crews will be closing Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass Saturday morning to remove loose rocks from the slopes above the highway, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The closure will be 7-8:30 a.m. from Hyak (milepost 54) to the Price Creek Sno-Park (milepost 61).

Drivers heading over the pass are advised to allow extra travel time.
