UPDATE as of 4:45 p.m. All lanes are open to traffic, but there are reports of a 5-mile backup, according to WSDOT.

INITIAL POST: A collision involving several cars and a semi is blocking the two right lanes of southbound Interstate 5 near the Puyallup River Bridge, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
