ALL CLEAR: Collision on southbound I-5 near 84th St. S causing backups

A collision on southbound Interstate 5 near 84th Street South is blocking the right lane and causing a five-mile backup, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred at 3:35 p.m.

State troopers and paramedics are on scene.

UPDATE as of 4:19 p.m. All lanes are now open. Backups are reported for six miles.
