ALL CLEAR: Southbound I-5 in Kent blocked by incident

UPDATED at 11:24 a.m.

All lanes of southbound Interstate 5 in Kent have reopened after they were blocked earlier because of a truck fire, the state DOT reports.

The on-ramp from South 272nd Street also was blocked. Firefighters responded to the scene and doused the flames.

The incident backed up traffic for more than a mile.
