The state DOT will close the ramp from southbound state Route 167 to southbound Interstate 5 today for emergency pavement repairs.
The ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Drivers who want to get onto southbound I-5 should get on the freeway at Portland Avenue.
Dock Street is closed until 4 p.m. today and will be closed again Friday as crews work on the Murray Morgan Bridge overhead, the City of Tacoma reports.
On Friday, Dock Street will be closed until 4 p.m.
A crash that was blocking the two left lanes of Interstate 5 at the Tacoma Dome has been cleared, the state DOT reports.
Firefighters and troopers responded.
Traffic is backed up three miles.
The state Department of Transportation has closed one lane of northbound state Route 167 near East T Street and the Emerald Queen Casino this afternoon so crews can remove a light pole.
The right lane of the road will be blocked off from noon to 3 p.m.
The pole is near a sinkhole.
Drivers going north on SR 167 should expect delays near East T Street.
Crews have cleared away the fallen trees that were blocking all lanes of state Route 203 just north of Carnation this morning, the state DOT reports.
All lanes are now open to drivers.
A collision on northbound Interstate 5 near Carlyle Road/47th Avenue is causing traffic backups since the right two lanes are blocked, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred just before 6 p.m.
WSDOT said they hope to reopen the lanes by 7:30 p.m.

All lanes reopened at 7 p.m.
The Washington State Patrol advises drivers to be careful on the roadways this morning.
“You could be dealing with some icy spots during your commute this morning,” trooper Guy Gill tweeted this morning.
There’s been no reports of accidents so far.
The City of Sumner has reopened the East Valley Highway through the city after last week’s storms.
City crews will now work on reopening West Valley Highway. The city reports the roadway might not be ready to reopen today.
“Drivers should prepare for alternate routes as the West Valley Highway may still be closed in Sumner for this evening’s and tomorrow morning’s commutes,” the city reported.
Forest Canyon also remains closed in Sumner.
