A two-car, two motorcycle collision on northbound I-5 has traffic backed up for five miles through Tacoma, according to the Washington Department of Transportation. The accident happened about noon at milepost 133, near downtown Tacoma. At last report traffic was back up all the way to 84th Street. Drivers should expect delays.

UPDATE at 1 p.m.: The crash has been cleared but the backups remain. DOT reports the traffic is dissipating.
