Motorcycle riders will be hitting the highways today as part of an annual event to raise money for Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Organized riders in the Imagine Guild Children’s Ride will be department in the morning from Harley-Davidson dealerships in Tacoma, Lacey, Renton, Lynnwood, Marysville, Silverdale and Bellevue. They’ll make their way to the Enumclaw Expo Center for the annual charity event.

There will be a catered lunch, musical entertainment, a comedian, a fashion show and auctions during the event, a press release states. The gates open at 10 a.m. and admission is $40 per person.

The event is one of the largest fundraisers to help cover uncompensated care at Seattle Children’s Hospital.  Last year, the hospital provided more than $100 million in uncompensated car.

Over the years, the Children’s Ride and Imagine Guild has raised more than $5 million for the hospital, a press release states.

Riders will leave Destination Harley-Davidson, 2302 Pacific Highway E. in Tacoma, at 10 a.m. The dealership will open at 9 a.m. for a pancake breakfast.

Riders will leave Northwest Harley-Davidson, 8000 Freedom Lane N.E. in Lacey, at 9 a.m. Coffee and pastries will be provided beforehand.
