UPDATE: The lanes were reopened to traffic at 7:51 p.m. WSDOT reports that motorists can “expect delays until residual backups dissipate and should avoid the area if possible.”
The northbound lanes of state Route 167 at state Route 410 in Sumner are totally blocked due to a collision, WSDOT reports.
Troopers are on scene investigating the incident, which occurred at 6:15 p.m.
