Stand at the corner of North 26th and North Proctor streets in Tacoma’s North End and you’ll find yourself at the center of the city’s largest concentration of eating options: Asian, Italian, coffee, delis, Mexican, cupcakes, prepared meals, diners, upscale, pizza, wine bar.
