Johnson Candy Co, a Tacoma tradition since 1949,&#160; does brisk business during the week leading up to Easter. The nougat-filled chocolate eggs come in more than a dozen flavors, and sweet nibbles of truffles and dozens of other handmade candies and fudge can be bought at the Hilltop neighborhood chocolate shop.
