Beer served in cans and custom bikes – a new combination bar and bicycle workshop has opened in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood. Broken Spoke is a newcomer to a neighborhood already populated with great lounges – 1022 South and Peterson Bros 1111/The Eleven Eleven. Later this summer, Ben Davis intends to open Broken Spoke, an eatery that will double as an art studio in the Hilltop neighborhood.
