Julianito's tacoa

Julianito’s, a fast food style taqueria, opened Saturday in Graham. The Mexican restaurant takes over the space that formerly housed a coffee shop. Julianito’s is a small South Sound business with an outpost in Kent.

Julianito’s just opened this weekend and it’s too early to tell how the restaurant will perform, but a first bite of tacos showed the hallmarks I look for  – double-layer corn tortillas cradled meat that had been griddled; topped with a generous sprinkle of cilantro and diced onions and served with lime wedges. Tacos were cheap – $1.50 each.

Find San Diego style burritos ($4.05-$5.55 each), tortas  ($4.55), rolled tacos ($3.05-$5.05) and a handful of combination plates ($7.45-$8.45). A breakfast menu lists burritos and plate combinations. See menus below.

Graham is slowly growing its stable of restaurants. Culpepper’s recently opened as did Oliver’s, a fish and chips restaurant from the owners of nearby Amici’s. However, Chicago Hot Dogs and Beefs, didn’t make it. That restaurant has closed.
