Job seekers – listen up. Naccarato Restaurant Group, which is working out details to operate a new restaurant, bar and banquet facility at the new Elks lodge at the Allenmore Golf Course, will have a job fair today and tomorrow for restaurant employees. Details of the restaurant are still in the works, but expect a new American menu, a la Naccarato. There’s no name for the restaurant yet, but it will be open to the public, golfers, and of course, Elks members. The restaurateur – a Tacoma native – also operates Pacific Grill and a catering company in downtown Tacoma and Classics by Pacific Grill inside the LeMay Museum. Below is the announcement for the job fair. Polish up those resumes.

In case you haven’t heard of the new home for the Elks, TNT business reporter John Gillie has written extensively about the new lodge, which moved to the golf course after construction began on a new Wal-Mart at the old Elks site across the street. That store is expected to open this summer.

Naccarato Restaurant Group (Pacific Grill, Pacific Grill Events & Catering, Classics Cafe) is expanding again!

We are opening an exciting new contemporary American Restaurant, Bar, and large Banquet facility in the NEW Allenmore Golf Course Club House in Central Tacoma.

Jobs available will be all FOH & all BOH positions.
We will also be looking for talent for positions at Pacific Grill restaurant & Pacific Grill Events & Catering.

Please plan your schedule to attend the Open Employment to speak to a management representative.

Please forward resume to: jobs@pacificgrilltacoma.com prior to attending the Open Employment.
