Harbor Lights is expecting to open this afternoon after a five-week remodel – click this link to read John Gillie’s story about what the interior looks like. Anthony’s (the corporate owner) COO Jeff Arnot gave me a snapshot of the new menu in a phone interview last week.
He described new dinner menu items, such as seared scallops with bacon jam and Dungeness crab cakes. He also described a streamlined lunch menu (priced under $10) with choices such as an oyster po’ boy or Dungeness crab toast. He also said the dessert menu has new items.
What’s the same? Expect to still see nectar chowder, the Captain’s Platter and the same old surf-and-turf menu.
The interior, however? You may not recognize this restaurant. I’ll weigh in with my thoughts after I pay a visit and see for myself the made-over Ruston waterfront restaurant.
