Restaurants, bars, taverns and clubs around Tacoma are hosting New Year’s Eve parties to say bah-bye to 2012.

Pacific Grill is hosting a fabulous sounding party with music from crooner Chris Anderson. Adriatic Grill is hosting a buffet dinner that might blow the button off your pants. Primo Grill will serve grilled beef tenderloin and other dinner specials. Plenty of bars – from The Swiss to the Stonegate – will host live music and food. FINE DINING

Adriatic Grill
This fine dining Mediterranean restaurant near Tacoma Mall will host a dressy party with a champagne reception with the Denny Foreman Trio, a buffet at 9:30 p.m. and dancing later in the evening with a champagne toast at midnight. Cost is $75 per person or $140 per couple. Dress attire suggested – that means cocktail dresses and suit coats. Details here

Asado
In addition to its regular steakhouse menu, Sixth Avenue’s Asado will have a chateaubriand and a 32-ounce ribeye dinner for two –  carved tableside. They’ll also have a menu of sparkling wines. You should make reservations as soon as possible, limited seating available. Details here

Boathouse 19
The Narrows Marina restaurant will stay open until 1 a.m. Check out the menu here.

Duke’s
The Ruston waterfront restaurant will have its usual menu, plus half-price bottles of wine and sparkling wines. Details here

Maxwell’s
The St. Helens neighborhood restaurant will serve prime rib, lobster tails and champagne all evening. Dinner reservations are a must, there are only a few tables left. Details here

Pacific Grill
An appetizer buffet, music with Chris Anderson and a champagne toast will be hosted by Pacific Grill. Cost is $35 for just the show, $60 buys the show, an appetizer buffet and a champagne toast. Purchase tickets at Pacific Grill or online. Details here

The Sixth Avenue Mediterranean restaurant will serve its regular menu as well as grilled beef tenderloin and more. They’ll also have bubbly on ice and some special value wines all night. Details here

Grit City Comedy Club
