I just saw on the Wingman Brewers Facebook page that the small production brewery is now fully licensed. Just to refresh your memory, here’s the article I wrote in January about the brewery.

Owner Ken Thoburn and his three business partners will start production with a handful of beers - a pale ale, an IPA, a double IPA and a porter for starters. The two beers I’m most interested in sampling are Pocket Aces, the double IPA, and P51, the English style porter.

When I talked to Thoburn he described the brewery production as very small, at least initially. Stay tuned for details of where to sip a pint of Wingman.

Wingman Brewers
Where: 1727 Fawcett Ave. (not open to the public)
Look for the beer: In local taverns and restaurants sometime in the next few months. I’ll keep you posted on their progress.
