Last week, I wrote about the new spring menu at Pacific Grill , and Masa the week before. Here are a few more restaurants that launched new spring menus this week: Maxwell’s, Over the Moon Cafe and Sip Wine Bar in Gig Harbor. Click “more” for details.

house pickled vegetables and sea salted marcona almonds  ~ 5 (Caveat, I had a crunchy, puckery plate of house-pickled vegetables at Tempest this week. Has anyone seen more house-pickled vegetables around town? Email me).

savory dungeness crab beignets, baby bok choy slaw, spicy coconut-yellow curry tarter  ~ 12

spring vegetable and lamb meatball soup, roasted lamb meatballs in rich herb broth with roasted vegetables, pinach pesto and crumbled ricotta salata    ~ 8

~signature plates~

maxwell’s cioppino, steamed clams, mussels and shrimp in spicy fennel-tomato broth with roasted sockeye salmon, half grilled lobster tail and grilled sourdough bread  ~ 25

pan-seared weathervane scallops, with sautéed mushrooms, baby french green beans and roasted sunchokes with shaved aged parmesan and  meyer lemon butter sauce  ~ 26

sautéed alaskan halibut, with saffron spaghetti, wilted spinach, roasted fennel and peppers, port wine butter sauce and  topped with spinach pesto ~ 25

spring herb marinated grilled lamb rack, asparagus and sweet pea risotto, saffron braised cippolini onions and sherry wine sauce  ~ 25

cider-brined grilled pork chop, grilled asparagus, house made apple chutney, black mustard seed aioli, french fries  ~ 19

Clams, mussels and linguica (portuguese sausage) in a flavorful sauce of sauteed tomato and red bell pepper finished with lemon and white wine, served over linguine with fresh Italian parsley.  $18

Wild salmon filet sauteed and served over linguine in a creamy and elegant sauce of white wine, sauteed vine ripened tomato and shallots, then finished with fresh basil.  $20
