This Friday, we’ll publish the fifth installment of our occasional Ten-in-One: Meals by the Mile series. this time, we’re visiting Proctor.
Today, take a bite out of the pizza greco at Europa Bistro. Click “more” to read about it.
The pizza at Europa Bistro was thin, chewy, crispy. A pizza Greca ($11.95) was blistered around the edges, and deliciously resilient with delicate layers of eggplant, kalamata olives, olive oil and feta. A prosciutto pizza on another visit was similarly meaty and chewy, although unevenly baked. Pizza comes in several flavors on the menu at the bistro that has operated in the heart of Proctor since 2000. Other pies include the pizza Margherita ($10.95) with tomatoes, basil, olive oil and fresh mozzarella and pizza capricciosa (12.95) with Italian sausage, garlic, spinach, roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella.
