Pearl Jam’s 20th anniversary celebration will continue with newly restored and expanded versions of the band’s “Vs.” and “Vitalogy” albums. They’ll be released on March 29, the band announced today.

Both packages will include the original studio recording along with the new versions that include bonus tracks. The updated “Vs.” will include three extra cuts, a previously unreleased, acoustic version of “Hold On,” a studio outtake called “Cready Stomp” and the band’s cover of Victoria Williams’ “Crazy Mary,” featuring Williams on backing vocals and guitar.

The expanded edition of “Vitalogy” will include three bonus tracks, a version of “Betterman” with a minimal guitar and organ arrangement, an alternate take of “Corduroy” and a demo version of “Nothingman,” taken from the original DAT recording.

The albums will be available separately or together in a three-disc deluxe package that will also include concert disc “Live at the Orpheum Theater, Boston, April 12, 1994.”
A limited edition box set will include expanded editions of both albums on CD and vinyl, the live album, a cassette featuring a live tribute and studio performances from a number of Pearl Jam’s friends (originally broadcast as part of the Monkeywrench/Self-Pollution Radio series), an 80-page composition book and a memorabilia-filled envelope.

The box set will only be available through the band’s fan site.
