I wonder if the landlord told Hell’s Kitchen the city started buying up the retail condos in the parking garage so they could rehab it or tear it down? I guess a good lease makes the landlord’s property more valuable when the city comes knocking. With the economy there should be a good few years before anything happens.

Wow, wow, and wow!!

Can’t believe they are moving. Very cool they are taking over the old transvestite Mexican restaurant. That place has been one failed attempt after another. Hell’s Kitchen should do well there. And Cool Hell’s Belles will close out the old Hell’s Kitchen location. Will have to try and make it for the Sat night show.
