Rising country star Jason Aldean will kick off this year’s concerts at the Puyallup Fair grandstand Friday night (Sept. 11). But when I got him on the phone there was one thing I wanted to ask about more than anything else.
No, I didn’t ask whether he’d ever actually owned that big, green tractor he sings about or whether it’s just a metaphor for – um – something else. The last time I saw him perform, Aldean was opening for Tim McGraw at Auburn’s White River Amphitheatre on the night of the infamous “Tim McBrawl” incident. And I was curious about what he saw, heard and recalled from that night. Plus, I wondered if he remembered that lady who interrupted him during his set to take a picture of his tookus.
