Can’t wait ’til St. Patrick’s Day?

Then a new monthly live music event at Doyle’s Public House (one of my favorite watering holes these days) is probably for you. Seattle Celtic band Ockham’s Razor will perform at the inaugural St. Practice Day celebration on Sunday, and then the 17th of every month after that leading up to St. Patrick’s Day, according to managing partner Russ Heaton. Jingle Bell Bash

Fall Out Boy, Gym Class Heroes, Nelly Furtado, Pussycat Dolls and Danity Kane were the biggest names at this year’s installment of Kiss-FM’s holiday gala Jingle Bell Bash. The show just ended a couple of hours ago at the Tacoma Dome.

Jet did their garagey AC/DC impression, thrilling with hits “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” and “Cold Hard Bitch.” Taking Back Sunday singer Adam Lazarra

The Garage: Coming soon

Restaurant critic Ed Murietta has been sleuthing around the South Sound Garage Steakhouse and Grill (which people have been calling the Garage) a new restaurant/nightclub that’s coming to downtown. Click here to go to his Ed’s Diner blog and get the skinny.
