Tacoma Public Schools is on a quest for innovation – it’s even been designated an “innovation district” by the state.

The district released a video today that asks students what they think innovation in schools would look like.

The kids speak from the heart and offer some simple requests for healthy meals, community support, teachers who like them and who can create a family-like atmosphere at school.

Watch the video on You Tube, or on the Tacoma Public Schools Facebook page, where you can leave your suggestions for innovation.
