This year’s Daffodil Festival queen will be crowned at 7 p.m. tonight during a coronation ceremony at Church for All Nations, 111 112th St. E., Tacoma. The News Tribune is planning to be there, so check the website and tomorrow’s paper.

All 23 festival princesses, who come from high schools throughout Pierce County, will be awarded scholarships during the event, and one will be chosen as queen.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.

This year’s Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade is April 9.
