TACOMA, WA. – Major League Soccer’s Houston Dynamo has officially signed Anthony Arena to a professional contract. Arena becomes the 2nd Sounders U-23 player from 2012 to be signed to a MLS contract.

“I’m really excited to finally make it to the MLS,” Anthony Arena said. “It’s been a dream of mine for quite a while now and I feel like a lot of hard work has paid off. I still have a lot of work left ahead of me though.”

Tacoma, WA – Sounders U-23 alum, Anthony Arena was drafted today to Major League Soccer in the Supplemental Draft by the Houston Dynamo. Arena was drafted with the 18th selection of the MLS Supplemental Draft 1st Round.

RENTON, WASH. – Seattle Sounders FC has signed defender DeAndre Yedlin, the club announced today. Per Major League Soccer and club policy, terms were not disclosed. Yedlin is the first Homegrown Player signed by Sounders FC in franchise history.

Tacoma, WA – After a massive victory on Friday night against the Kitsap Pumas to put the Sounders U-23 in 1st place in the Northwest Division, they let their guard down on Sunday. Despite their lack of sharpness, the Sounders U23 were still able to earn three points. The Sounders scored 25 seconds into the 2nd half and were able to hold on to a 1-0 win.

Redmond, WA – The Sounders U-23 got a late game winner from Aodhan Quinn to take a 1-0 victory over the Washington Crossfire.

Edmonds, Wa. – The Sounders U-23 defeated the North Sound SeaWolves FC Friday night 5-0 in an impressive performance. Goals by five different Sounders U-23s, paired with solid play at the back, helped earn the victory.
