Quakes have stadium drawing, not plan
The San Jose Earthquakes, currently playing in a small multi-purpose stadium on a college campus in a different city, have hopes of building their own soccer-specific stadium.
Those hopes took on some shape over the weekend, when the club revealed a general artist’s conception of what the thing might look like: a generally traditional horseshoe with a roof and no suites.
What the project still lacks is money or even a timetable.
