What was Levesque’s favorite goal?

Roger Levesque has scored three of the Sounders’ most important goals this season: the early first score against Portland in the Open Cup game, the game-winner at Columbus and the one that drew the Sounders back even in their playoff-clinching win at Kansas City on Saturday.

Sounders hero to appear at Doyle’s this week

Talk about good timing.

Last week I received a note from Doyle’s Public House in Tacoma that Roger Levesque would be making a personal appearance there this week. And the Levesque turns up as the goal-scoring hero of the Sounders’ 1-0 win Saturday at Columbus.

Here’s the note from Doyle’s:

Doyle’s will host the original Sounder, Roger Levesque, Wednesday, October 7th at 7pm. He will be signing autographs & posing for pictures at a meet & greet for Sounder fans from the South Sound. You must be 21+ to attend.
